Dr. Mark Meyer will make sure that you receive the most exclusive, elegant medical care in Manhattan—with full privacy and confidentiality. We pride ourselves to consider all preventative care and longevity at the root of all clinical plans of action. Our medical values are solidly established within a traditional physician-patient relationship. Hence, every patient becomes part of our family.

What We Offer

Madison Avenue Cardiovascular & Concierge Medicine brings to you an experienced medical team, including:

  • A renowned New York cardiologist and concierge internal medicine doctor, board-certified physician, Dr. Mark Meyer has been providing elite medical care to his patients for more than 25 years of experience in Manhattan. He will review your medical history and send you for state-of-the-art blood work (covered by your insurance plan), metabolic testing, cardiac testing, and referrals to other specialists.

  • A dietitian who will guide you through the Meyer Nutrition Program and potentially arrange a lifestyle changes through our partners, with attention to your health needs as outlined by the medical provider.

Our regular cardiology medical services are covered by some main insurance carriers. Our full concierge medicine (also including premium cardiology medicine) is available through annual memberships and includes regular wellness checks, weight management, longer times allotted for visits, same-day or within 24 hours appointments, full coordination with all our specialists, and 24/7 access to Dr. Meyer.

Pricing

Madison Avenue Cardiovascular & Concierge Medicine accepts Aetna and Cigna insurance plans for regular cardiology appointments, but the remaining premium concierge medical services are only available through an annual wellness and access fee added to the insurance. These fees are not reimbursable by insurance plans. If you do not have an insurance we accept, there is a straightforward fee-for-service billing structure which provides all of the concierge cardiology services. You may call us (212) 583-2999 for the current rates. Payment will be expected in full at the time service is rendered. We will then give you a claim form to submit to your insurance provider and your insurance provider will reimburse you directly the amount (if any) that they cover pursuant to your policy with them.

Referral Services

In the event you utilize the services of any professionals to whom we refer you to outside of Madison Avenue Cardiovascular & Concierge Medicine, you will be fully responsible for the fees for such services.

Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations

You will be informed when you enroll in the program of the fees for failure to cancel your appointment on time within 24 hours prior.
